We want our customers to enjoy the many benefits that come from incorporating organic and whole foods into their diets: 

• the nutritional and health benefits from a whole foods diet, compared to a diet with high consumption of processed  foods
• the health benefits from avoiding harmful pesticides and other chemicals in the foods you eat
• supporting farmers who produce food using environmentally safe and sustainable practices
• supporting other small Australian businesses, who are producing healthy products

Our Staff:

Jon – I became the owner of Natural Food Market in 2019, fulfilling a dream to run a business in the organics and health food industry. With qualifications in agricultural science and economics, combined with work experience in different industry sectors, I’ve always been interested in everything about our food systems, from the grower right through to the customer. Managing the shop day to day is the perfect way to apply these interests first hand – everything from sourcing products from suppliers to handling customer inquiries. To keep across the constant evolution of new research in the areas of diet, nutrition and health, and to keep learning and building my knowledge, I’m currently undertaking further study in food and nutrition.
